Export formatted report Notes: 12.5 **minutes** ### Script part I 1. Create an "analysis" 2. Select Subject Area **Fulfillment** 3. Add some fields: 1. Search: - Loan Date - Loan Time - Circ Desk Code - In House Loan Indicator - Loans (Not in house) 4. Save as fulfillment-data 5. Add Filters Circ Desk Code in: botcirc In House Loan Indicator No Loan Date is greater than Calendar choose date 6. change some column headings, open column properties 7. activate **Custom Headings** 8. edit the **Column Heading** and change *Loans (Not In House)* to *Loan Count* 9. run analysis. 10. Hide In house Loan column. Right click and choose "Exclude" 11. Change date 12. But i'll show you a few things. 13. **Save** again part II Alma Version 10. **save as** > - Alma 11. drag Desk Code to the left column 12. click **edit view** on the table of data 13. under **Layout > Table > Columns and Measures** click "Sigma" Symbol (for summation) 14. Add Grand Total 15. Add subtotal for circ desk code.
