## Deliverables

3. Offer some suggestions for the role and responsibilities of the new DEI Librarian
4. Offer an outline for some updates to the website structure, ownership, and responsibility of ongoing content review and updates
5. Offer an outline and suggestions for assigning responsibility for shared file management and document retention
6. Offer some suggestions on updated DEI language in job descriptions and search process practices
## Groups and Roles
1. **Inclusion Committee** - Standing committee composed of members representing each library functional area, who implement DEI efforts and report outcomes within their functional area and collaborate on implementation that requires cross-unit coordination.
2. **Accountability Group** - Community constituents (eg faculty, students, administration, community members) who review Library DEI objectives, progress, and offer feedback to guide inclusion committee.
3. **DEI Librarian** - Serves as a community liaison for DEI work; manages DEI content on the website, coordinates the Accountability group, creates and monitors feedback mechanisms (forms, assessments, requests)
4. **Website changes** -
1. DEI Librarian takes ownership of the Equity and Diversity section of the website and consolidates past DEI work following suggestions in the AR Report, also creating and updating a section documenting inclusion committee work.
2. WOG creates and follows an ongoing annual cycle/framework for revision and updates to the library site: initially addressing the changes described by the AR report and later addressing accessibility, navigation, and content issues
5. **File management and Document Retention** - Restructure drives and assign unit/committee ownership, with retention guidelines set and followed.
6. **Job descriptions and NOVs** - should reflect the role and responsibility of Inclusion committee work, Website work, and file management and retention work.
