Developed anti-bias screening procedures for Circulation Assistant applicants, redacting application materials, and increasing accessibility of the PDF application form.
Promoted the use of plain language in policy, procedures, and outreach materials
Improving accessibility and usability of the UW Bothell library website, leading the site redesign, writing bootstrap and custom templates for Libguides as a member of the site redesign committee
Drafted the initial Inclusive Excellence Standards for the Library Tri-campus Committee on DEIA Policy
