- Implements and maintains automation and reporting systems using Alma Analytics (Oracle OAS), Springshare (LibAnswers, LibCal, LibInsight), Excel VBA.
- Trains and directs staff on Public Service policies and procedures.
- Special projects including:
- Developed complex building-use traffic reports and dashboards
- Developed automated procedures for physical inventory
- Designed and coded custom bootstrap templates in Libguides for responsive and accessible library website redesign
